Tucked onto beautiful Otter Lake just ten minutes south of Parry Sound, Otter Lake Marina has been looking after inland boaters since 1964. This is a family affair — owners Sonja and Joe Cigler run a full-service marina with a personal touch that only decades in one place can build. Every storage and service customer has their own file at the marina, with all work and repair history kept on record, so the team knows your boat almost as well as you do.
The marina offers 60 docks for boats up to 22 feet, including transient slips, plus indoor and outdoor storage year round. Winterizing is thorough — bottom wash, engine winterizing, gear oil change, greased fittings, charged battery and a full accessory check — and the shop handles repairs to boats, engines and trailers of all makes, along with fibreglass work, detailing and shrink wrapping. They even sell boats and engines, parts and accessories.
For visitors, the rental fleet is the draw: fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats and personal watercraft, all for use on Otter Lake, plus a taxi boat service that will run you anywhere on the lake. Fuel, oil, fishing tackle and even Otter Lake clothing round out the shelves.
