The Old Mill Heritage Centre is a local heritage museum housed in a former stone pulp mill that once processed wood for paper and now features exhibits on the history and heritage of Kagawong and Billings Township, with displays on early industry (agriculture, sawmills, shipping, fishing), military service, pioneer life, and notable local stories such as the Daniel Dodge tragedy, along with a small art gallery and historic Post Office exhibit.
